We incorporated our knowledge in processing control rooms (Dow Benelux, Cerestar) and we believe our quality standards are valid there too. Just recently we designed ergonomic furnuture for guarding and surveilance control rooms.

Voor bedrijven als General Electric, Internoc en Centraal Beheer richtten wij controlekamers in. Recentelijk hebben wij onze controlekamer kennis ook in de procesindustrie toegepast (Dow benelux, Cerestar). Zie ook ons artikel in het tijdschrift voor ergonomie. De nieuwste ontwikkelingen liggen op het vlak van de camera bewaking en meldkamers. Hiervoor ontwerpen wij ergonomisch meubilair (zit statafels) met uitgebreide mogelijkheden voor koppling en hoogteverstelling.

We developed a modular ergonomic workspace based on demands of ergonomics and regulations for monitor- and control room work. This control room furniture is the basic system for the design. Yet we constantly design new versions adapted to your specific situation. The flexibility of our system allows you to expand or re-arrange your control room as easy as can be. You don't have to invest in hardware you will not use!
Wij hebben een modulair controlekamersysteem ontworpen gebaseerd zowel op ergonomische eisen en wensen als op ARBO eisen aangaande beeldschermwerk. Dit systeem vormt de basis voor het controlekamerontwerp. Daarnaast worden voor speciale omstandigheden voortdurend nieuwe (basis)varianten ontwikkeld zodat er ook voor uw situatie een geschikte oplossing bestaat. Het flexibele systeem is zeer gemakkelijk opnieuw te rangschikken en/ of uit te breiden zodat u niet hoeft te investeren in nieuwe hardware als u dat niet gebruikt!

Working method

The first step is a -no cost- visit to your plant or office. In advance of this meeting we would like to have the existing floor plan of your control room. We will take some pictures and make some sketches of the working environment and together we will decide what is needed.
Een vrijblijvend bezoek aan uw bedrijf is de eerste stap. Hiervoor hebben wij een plattegrond nodig van de bestaande situatie. Met behulp van wat foto' s en schetsen van de werkomgeving bespreken we uw eisen en wensen. In onze benadering gaan wij altijd uit van uw organisatie:

• What tasks should be performed/ Welke taken zijn meer of minder belangrijk?
• do we need clusters of workspace?
• What are the ergonomics demands?
• Which tasks are more sensitive than others?
• What is the routing for workers and visitors?/ Welke routing is wenselijk voor zowel werknemers als bezoekers?
• What illumination level is needed?/ Hoe wordt de verlichting?
• What is needed as work-space, shelf-space, drawers?/ Hoeveel ruimte is gewenst; aflegvlak, kastruimte, laden?
• etc

Basic Ingredients

After the first inventory we'll draw a floor-plan for you with the basic ingredients (routing, materials, furniture).

This is the talking-point for feed-back with you and your colleagues. The output will be incorporated in our first 3D-drawings where you actually can see your new control room. At that point we can give you an specified cost-plan and your control room can be operative within two months!
Na deze eerste inventarisatie stellen we voor u een plattegrond op, uitgaande van de basis (routing, materialen, meubilair). A.d.h.v. dit discussiestuk kunnen wij de feedback van u en uw collega's inzichtelijk maken m.b.v. 3D-tekeningen. Een offerte is nu mogelijk; binnen twee maanden kan u nieuwe controlekamer operationeel zijn!
